      Forest owners may advertise independently of Warrior Earth company using word of mouth, other websites, classified ads, or their own advertising activities. Most buyers and sellers have expectations of profits. Some conservation-minded persons may buy forest for preservation purposes only with no expectation of profit. Since Warrior Earth forest buying and selling activities answer "No" to 2 of 4 Howey test questions, the product is not securities. Each portion of forest has a unique geographic location. Forest is tangible at specific locations and is not an interest, syndication, or share of any other portion of forest. Warrior Earth, LLC, USA is not required to file registration statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission. According to Sec 5 of the Securities Act of 1933, Warrior Earth may freely use the internet and other instrumentalities of interstate commerce to help forest buyers and sellers connect with each other
